I have practiced regularly for about one year. I sensed early on that this meditative activity would facilitate my developement in every direction. The effects of Bikram Yoga have made a vital change in the quality of my life. It has enhanced my mental focus, increased my physical strength, improved my stamina, balanced my emotions (helping to cope with stresses), and contributed to an overall healthier and happier lifestyle.
For me, practicing Bikram Yoga is a unique expression of self love. It has revealed my potential as a human. I feel honored and excited to support and guide each student’s path to health and wellness.
